The World Health Organization lists migraines in the top five chronic conditions causing disability.
They estimate that 10% of the worldwide population currently suffer from migraines.
If you are one of them, this is the workshop for you. Leisa Bellmore, Shiatsu Therapist, has been successful in helping many clients minimize the frequency and severity of their migraines. In this workshop you will gain an understanding of how migraines happen and what you can do to better manage them. We will discuss the pathology of migraines, symptoms, triggers, self-shiatsu to ease pain and decrease frequency and other self-care strategies.
