Sleep plays a key role in the maintenance of our physical and mental health and in our quality of life.
Shiatsu, a Japanese therapy based on pressure points, is an effective solution for sleep disturbances and self-Shiatsu can greatly impact sleep efficiency. Sleep hygiene, evidence-based CAM research and other self-care techniques that can ease insomnia and other sleep disturbances will also be discussed.
