Join the Ontario Arts Council (OAC), Canadian Dance Assembly and Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists to learn about OAC grant programs that can support your practice as a dance artist and help you bring your ideas to reality!

  • Want to start a dance series or festival?
  • Wondering how to support master classes, workshops or community development initiatives?
  • Making changes to your practice to respond to the challenges of COVID-19?

Find out about the OAC’s Dance Projects and Dance Training Projects grant programs, as well as Deaf and Disability Arts Projects. Learn about the new Arts Response Initiative which addresses challenges faced by the arts community because of COVID-19.

Note: This session will be presented in English with ASL interpretation and live closed captioning. Information will also be provided about programs for Francophone dance artists.

In 2019-20, OAC invested $51.9 million in 197 communities across Ontario through 1,965 grants to individual artists and 1,152 grants to organizations.
