As of 2020, The Victor C. Polley Protégé Award is presented in association with the Leonard McHardy and John Harvey Award (LMJH Award). Chosen by the LMJH Award laureate, the award is given to an emerging arts administrator with a minimum of 2 years of arts work experience. The Victor C. Polley Protégé Award winner receives a $500 protégé prize thanks to the generous sponsorship of the estate of Elizabeth Comper.
