Since 2014, we have brought public art, performances, and community-driven events to Ontario’s waterfronts, creating immersive cultural moments that connect people with place.
As we expand our programming in 2025, we are seeking an Associate Producer to support the coordination and delivery of upcoming waterfront arts and cultural events.

Role Overview
The Associate Producer will work directly with the Executive Director in managing and leading the operations as well as functioning as leading the executive administrative responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of unique, water-based art events that engage and inspire audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the in’s and out’s of business management & administration working with the executive director to over the companies
- Lead and define critical paths including schedules, budgets, and deliverables, in collaboration with the team
- Ensure the creative vision of each project is met while managing production resources.
- Monitor and advise on budgets and scheduling to stay within financial and timeline constraints.
- Recruit and hire contractors/freelancers as needed for projects.
- Proactively identify and solve potential problems to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Facilitate communication and process flow among the creative team.
- Support all of our business adventures as identified by URL’s above.

- Skilled in balancing creative expectations with available financial resources.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- Passionate about building team chemistry and managing diverse creative projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and general administrative tasks in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring all financial requirements are met.
- Communications, emails & coordination with various team members.
- Paying Bills & coordinating & organizing expenses
Project & Event Production Support
- Support the Planing and execution of a diverse range of programming, including performances, workshops, exhibitions, and community activations.
- Oversee event logistics, scheduling, and obtaining necessary permits for waterfront venues.
Artist & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for the executive director & working with the teams in place.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in producing, arts / business administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience managing complex projects and budgets, from concept to execution.
- Passionate about the arts, culture, and community with a deep understanding of the Ontario arts scene.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, or equivalent project management tools.
- Experience in marketing, PR, and social media strategy is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, creative environment.
