Join us for an important discussion on the future of dance presentation in the GTA! Dance Umbrella of Ontario, in collaboration with the Canadian Dance Assembly, Dance Ontario, and CanDance Network, invites you to an event focused on the shifting landscape of dance presentation in the GTA.

Dance Umbrella of Ontario (DUO) is partnering with the Canadian Dance Assembly (CDA), Dance Ontario, and the CanDance Network to hold an event on February 25, from 4 pm to 8 pm at St. Anne’s Parish on 276 Gladstone Avenue. The event focuses on recent changes in dance presentation programs and infrastructure in the GTA and looks to the future to see what is needed that is more inclusive of all dance styles.
DUO is partnering with some funders to bring a broad group of dance community members together. Funders who have committed to attending include CCA, OAC, TAC, and Candian Heritage. There will be one panel focused on dance presenters and a second with funders where they can provide their perspectives and trends they see. After each panel, there will be a moderated open discussion with those in attendance. The event will end with a meet and mingle with an open bar and snacks provided.
