Join No Strings Theatre (NST) as our Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising Manager — a key leadership role focused on building strong partnerships and advancing our fundraising strategy to support the next generation of emerging artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a comprehensive fundraising database of grants, foundations, corporate sponsors, and major donors.
- Conduct research to generate actionable insights for outreach and relationship-building.
- Design and implement targeted partnership and sponsorship strategies aligned with NST’s mission.
- Develop and manage a fundraising calendar that tracks application deadlines, donor engagement touchpoints, and key fundraising milestones.
- Lead monthly Fundraising & Partnerships Committee meetings, setting direction and tracking progress.
- Develop a structured donor engagement strategy, including personalized cultivation and stewardship activities.
- Collaborate with other vertical leads (e.g., Communications, Alumni, Artistic) to ensure strategic alignment and maximize impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, partnership development, or community engagement is an asset.
- Organized, proactive, and driven by purpose.
- Passionate about equity, the arts, and community-building.
Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/month (flexibility based on project needs).
