          – Learn the actors’ warm-up: spine, breath, jaw, tongue, etc. all the way to resonators and range. 
– Create a clearer, quicker, easier connection between your acting/speaking instincts and your voice.
 
– Release habitual tension.  Find more space in your body for vibrations. 
 
– Work on a short piece of text to feel the difference.
