HOODY is a brand new Fringe play by Dawna Wightman, a whimsical retellingish of Little Red Riding Hood, for grownups. Think silly, stupid, fun.
We are casting for the starring role of HOODY, a 2025 man who finds himself inhabited by the essence of a little girl. Actor does not speak like a child but embodies childish innocence.
* male
* 35 – 55
* large & tall build
* any ethnicity
* union or non (fringe contract)
* comedic timing
* physical movement is vital to this role
* must have BEARD or be willing to grow a beard for July 2025
* compensation: profit share
Actor MUST be available for:
May 5 – June 27 4 x weekly rehearsals
