Passed away on October 9, 2014 just a few days after his 55th birthday in Kingston, Ontario. At his request, no funeral will be held but there will be an informal celebration of his life on November 3, 2014 starting at 6 p.m. at Tarragon Theatre, 30 Bridgman Avenue, Toronto. Jerry was a loving brother and son and is survived by several siblings and their families. A generous friend and a true champion of the arts through his work at the Shaw Festival, Queen’s University and many other organizations, he will be greatly missed.
