Joanna is a Set and Costume Designer for theatre, film, and dance with 14 years of experience designing over 100 productions of new and classic work across Canada.
Joanna is the recipient of the Pauline McGibbon award for Unique Talents and Potential for Excellence as well as the 2019 recipient of the Virginia and Myrtle Cooper award for Costume Design.
She is on the Board of Directors for the Associated Designers of Canada, a Core Member in forming an IBPOC Designer Circle, and a Committee Member of the Stratford Festival Anti-Racism Advisory Committee. At the start of 2021, Joanna returned to school and is currently studying HR Management.
