William (Bill) Milne is currently Vice President of Finance & Administration with TO Live and has over 26 years of experience is the arts and culture/non-profit sector having worked at Canada’s National Ballet School, St Lawrence Centre for the Arts, The Living Arts Centre, and Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. He currently sits on the boards of Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA) and Citadel + Compagnie, Previous boards include MTCC677 and Forte, The Toronto Men’s Choir. He also served on the Finance Advisory Committee for Toronto Summer Music. Under a program with the Dancer Transition Resource Centre he mentored Laurence Lemieux, Artistic Director of Citadel + Compagnie, in business management for the arts, while they renovated the former Salvation Army’s Citadel in Regent Park. He obtained his CPA/CGA in 1999, after many years of studying part time at Ryerson University.
