This Thursday September, 30 marks the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This new federal statutory holiday calls on Canadians to honour the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families, and communities.
The TAPA office will be closed both virtually and in-person as the TAPA team uses this day to reflect, learn, and take action. Several TAPA Board member companies will also be observing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation including:

- Nightwood Theatre
- Obsidian Theatre Company
- Roseneath Theatre
- The Theatre Centre
- The Toronto Fringe Festival
- Workman Arts
