Volunteer

TAPA is always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help us achieve our goals and deliver services. There is ongoing intake in the following areas:

  • The Dora Awards Ceremony occurs annually in June and volunteers are needed for this one day event. Dynamic individuals who work well with the public will have the opportunity to meet and network with professionals! This year’s Awards will take place at The Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre on Monday June 24th, 2024.
  • Other projects and special events occur during the year which require volunteer help.

Many (but not all) of our Dora Awards/ Event volunteer positions can require prolonged standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 15 lbs, or climbing stairs.
