Bad Crew Theatre is adapting Lawrence Miles’ masterwork of science fiction into a stage play and is looking for two actors to fill the roles of:
CHRISTINE SUMMERFIELD
The average girl in her 20s from 1970s London (UK) who loves jazz clubs, new age shops, and cocaine. It is her perspective that guides us through the narrative as her worldview crumbles along with London. Accent optional.
To audition for this role please prepare a short emotional monologue (no more than 2 minutes) and storytelling example (no more than 5 minutes).
CHRIS CWEJ
A genetically modified man from the 26th century with the heart of a boy. Ambiguous but friendly. A time traveller come to 1970s London under the orders of mysterious and powerful alien employers. He pulls back the curtain to show Christine what the real world is like. Cwej will also be called upon to fill out other roles.
For this role please prepare two short contrasting monologues. (no more than 2 minutes each).
