After two sold-out rounds, Clown. is back.
Clown. is a six-week comprehensive course for people new to clowning and those with more experience who want a deeper dive. Over six sessions, students will expand their sense of freedom onstage, exploring core principles of clowning and cultivating a deeper connection between their sense of humour, their bodies, and the audience. The focus is on giving the work time: time to play, repeat, notice patterns, and let things deepen naturally.
The work is rooted in the pedagogy of Jacques Lecoq and Philippe Gaulier.
Dates: Fridays, November 6, 13, 20, 27 · December 4, 11
Time: 12:00–5:00pm (each day includes a break)
Location: The Practice Room · 688 Richmond St W · Downtown Toronto

Fee: $425 + HST ($480.25 total). A 50% deposit secures your spot.
