Part-Time Administration Assistant – MAP Actors

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administration Assistant to support our dynamic acting school. 

If you have experience in arts administration, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the arts, we’d love to hear from you!

This role starts at 5 hours per  week with the opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks: scheduling, correspondence, and file organization.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Excel, and MailChimp to maintain records and databases.
  • Create and manage discount codes using Stripe and Squarespace.
  • Collate and organize invoices while tracking tasks and deadlines using Monday.com or Asana.
  • Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media (preferred).
  • Handle inquiries and enrolment with a sales-focused approach.
  • Provide excellent customer service and check/respond to emails daily.
  • Assist in managing a small team (as needed).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in arts administration or a related field.
  • Sales experience with a proven ability to engage and close opportunities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Social media skills and team management experience are a plus.

  • Flexible part-time hours starting at 5 hours/week with room to grow.
  • Option to work remotely or in-studio.
  • Competitive pay of $22 to $25/hour based on experience.
