Apply now to be a part of Paprika 2027!
Have a creative idea but aren’t sure how to get it to the stage? Are you looking to train in a cohort of professional emerging artists?
Applications are now open for Paprika 2027, a professional development and performance program for emerging artists.
Artists will receive a $2,500 honorarium, a bespoke training program led by a professional facilitator, free rehearsal space, mentorship and support throughout the development process, and the opportunity to perform their new work as part of the Paprika Festival in May 2027.
No previous professional experience is necessary.
Programs take place in person in Toronto beginning January 2027 and culminate in a performing arts festival featuring new works by emerging artists at Native Earth Performing Arts’ Aki Studio in May 2027.
