Ghislain Caron, Headshot

Ghislain Caron is Théâtre français de Toronto (TfT)’s Executive Director and has been with the company since 1989. He began his career at TfT as box office manager and administrative assistant. In 1999, Ghislain became TfT’s Managing Director. Since then, TfT has enjoyed unprecedented success and financial stability. The operating budget has almost tripled since 1999, and is now close to $1.5 million. Additionally, Ghislain shares his administrative and management expertise in the non-profit sector. He is also a Certified Traumatic Incident Reduction facilitator and a Life Stress Reduction facilitator. He has his practice with his partner in Toronto. Ghislain is also the 2011 recipient of the Leonard McHardy and John Harvey Award for Excellence in Administration. He has also served on different boards of directors during his career including TAPA and Théâtre Action as well as sitting on different committees with L’Association des théâtres francophones du Canada (ATFC).
