5 TREAM Mentorship Pairs Announced at TAPA AGM
The Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts and B Street Collaborative announced the five successful applicants for the 2025-2026 TREAM program.

- KENZIA DALIE will be mentored by Astrid Janson
- JOBINA SITOH 司徒加恩 will be mentored by Philip Akin
- MJ KANG will be mentored by Andrew Moodie
- RACHANA JOSHI will be mentored by Peggy Baker
- DAVINDER MALHI will be mentored by Raoul Bhaneja
Mentees will develop a workplan with their Mentor using a template of approx. 35 hours total and then participate in a half-day workshop to launch their cycle, with TAPA and B Street Collaborative staff maintaining regular check-ins. At the end of the allotted time, Mentees and Mentors will offer a summary of their unique journey, including what worked in the process and what challenges were faced during an in-person community exchange learning session, tentatively scheduled for June of 2026
TREAM is generously supported by RBC through their Community Investment funding. TREAM is designed as a mutually beneficial exchange for both mentee and mentor and celebrates intergenerational collaboration. TREAM will benefit the mentee by helping them to develop a profile in the competitive arts scene in Toronto and connect them to a broader network. Through the encouragement of the available mentors, mentees will gain valuable insight into the next stage of their artistic journey, helping to discover their individual artistic voice and explore their artistic expression.
